I had no landline service for 15 days and I'm a vulnerable customer. It was fixed last Wednesday and today I have received my monthly bill but there is no compensation included. Please can you let me know when I will receive compensation?

Sorry that you had problems.
Auto Compensation can take upto 30 days after the fault is fixed
You will receive either an SMS or email when the team have finished their investigation. If you dont hear anything after that time, let me know and I can look into this.
