Hi there

i have unfortunately had my cashback claim declined which I don’t really understand I as I followed the link through to the talktalk website and met all the criteria. I have called talktalk customer service who recommended that I call them back in 3 months (they had not heard of topcashback).

@Arne-TalkTalk I have seen you have helped a few others with this. Sorry to be so direct but would you possibly be able to help?

If not, suggest you wind your neck in and let the OCE investigate the OP's case.
