I’m moving to another country next month and have tried to cancel my TalkTalk broadband plan, so that I I have internet until I move out of my flat. I’ve called customer services twice, both times been told that someone will be calling me within 24-48 hours to organise my Move/Cancellation of my plan.
It’s been over a week now and still no call from TalkTalk. I checked online and there has been nothing changed on my account.
I really don’t know what I can do at this point. TalkTalk really make the process as difficult as possible.
