Trying to access "My Bill" from My Account on Website

Why can I not get into "My Bills" from My Account. I loggin then click on anything to do with my bills and all I get is a return to initial account page. This has been going on for some time. At least now it doesn't take half an hour to loggin then refuse to go nowhere. How the hell am I supposed to check why my bill has gone up £8 if I can not access said bill

Michelle, yes it did work before using Firefox. I have since tried Microsoft Edge and have been able to access my bills and other parts of the website.
