Two payments on the account this month. Possible refund for one of the payments

To whom it may concern.

 

I have noticed on my bank statement that for some reason I have paid twice for this month. I can see on my bills that there is a "-40" on the account.  Not sure why this has taken place but I would like to express interest in returning/refund of £40 (one of the payments). 

 

Please let me know as soon as we can and hopefully solve this issue.

Something odd seems to be happening with this thread, @BaileyGoble, as it seems to be showing with the same posting time 3x.

 

As far as the duplicate payment is concerned, you should see a way to claim back the excess £40.00 through My Account. 

 

Or you can leave it there and it will automatically be applied to cover your next bill.
