I recently renewed my contract by phone.
A discount was negotiated with a referance code supplied by the operator.
I was told to ring back one the first bill was generated to have the discount applied.
I am unable to get past the automated phone system to speak with anyone to have the discount applied.
When trying to reach retentions, the department that negotiated the discount, They are closed and no opening hours are published. Billing queries takes me through to two dead ends with no opportunity to speak to a human.
Please could you tell me the hours of operation for the retentions department?
Or would you be able to help me directly?

It would have been great if the very automated phone service was capable of pulling down current opening hours and furnishing them to me whilst I was on the phone. Would have felt a little less brash than a few minutes of automated options, just to have the call killed.

Which department do you think I need to speak with, the discount was negotiated with retentions.
Will any department be able to apply the discount now that the first bill has been generated.
