Unable to view my bills

i have been unable to view my latest and previous bills for several weeks and would appreciate your assistance in trying to resolve this problem. I have seen the posts about checking the kidsafe option is off which it is.

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

In what way are you unable to see them? What actually happens?

 

Have you tried different browsers, cleared cookies, cache etc, checked any ad/pop-up blocking is disabled?
