Update on my order

Hello,

 

I just started the process of getting broadband with you guys and was suppose to receive a phone call today for an update, however I've not received it. I understand the situation we are all in and i'm not having a go or moaning. I'm just after a simple update on when i'm expected to receive my router and go live..... life is currently dull without internet.
