Upgrade offer

Hi All

I recently upgraded my broadband with the added incentive of choosing a free gift, either a ring door bell, Amazon echo etc I upgraded but I have never heard back about choosing my free gift for this upgrade? Please can someone advise how I do this?

Same here, upgraded in October 2021 and chose the Echo Dot option, have heard nothing since.

How recently? There is a 37 day lead-in period before the offer can be redeemed.
