I upgraded to fibre 65 in March 2021 with my live date as of 19th March 2021, i opted to upgrade as within the package an amazon echo dot or ring door bell was included. It stated to wait 37 days to be notified about the amazon echo dot which i choose but have never received this. It is now September (6 months into my upgrade) and I'm none the wiser as to when I'm going to receive my choice.I have tried numerous times to contact talk talk about this so Is there a way i can get into contact to resolve this issue as its a pretty poor service to entice people to upgrade and then never deliver the goods.

The code was sent on the 15th April, to the @hotmail.co.uk address on the account  Unfortunately if you failed to use it within the 3 months it was valid we cant issue another .
