When ever I log in to my account and try to look at my upgrade offers I get the following:
"We're very sorry, there is an order in progress. At this time you will not be able to view offers until the order is complete."
Any help would be appreciated?

I have checked your account and there are no open orders, I suspect the site is defaulting to that screen as there are no actual offers available for your account as you only renewed in January this year.
You could always call our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046 to see if there is anything they can do.

I would always advise calling the Loyalty Team to discuss your options for renewing and or upgrading your contract.
Phone 0345 172 0046 - Say "loyalty team" when asked why you are calling to get you straight through to the correct department.

I would hope they can look into the pending/stuck order issue for you as well.
