Unable to view any full bills apart from the main list with month and billed amount shown so therefore unable to download/print which is important.
I saw previous (now irrelevant apparently) post on this issue advising to turn off "kidsafe" which is not, or should not, be activated on my account.
Coupled with a staggering bill hike after many years with Talk Talk I'm on the point of leaving....

You will need to disable any pop-up blockers in your browser they can cause the problems that you are seeing.
Also try a different browser.
