Hi, I signed up for TalkTalks Future Fibre 500 package on the 16th of March 2022. The package was to include a £100 voucher, which was confirmed both at the doorstep and over the phone when confirming the order.
However, It has now been over 90 days and I have neither received the voucher nor any update relating to it. Could this please be looked into? The £100 voucher was the main factor for me signing on with TalkTalk and not taking another similar offer from elsewhere.
