I joined for Fibre 65 and line rental TalkTalk on 23/04/2021, going live date 10/05/2021, order N82156052 with £90 Gift Card as reward. In T&C it says I will receive voucher 90 days after activation.
After 90 days I contacted GiftCloud support team about the missing voucher - ticket 288920 on 24/07/2021, they forwarded me to broadbandchoices helpdesk, with which I raised another ticket 60222 on 24/07/2021. Broadbandchoices never replied to me. Can you please have a look into this. Thank you.
