On 2nd July 2021 I bought Fibre 65 with the premise that I was going to receive a £110 gift card as well as the service. It has been 76 days since my service went live and I understand it can take up to 90 days, but when I check the status of my voucher a support page is what I am taken to.

    • Telephone number
    • Alternative contact number

You need to wait the 90 days before they will chase it up for you, @HenryW8.

 

However, it would be a good idea to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

After the 90 days, post again. I'll move this to the billing section for staff to follow this up.
