Hi there,

 

I have been a customer for over 3 months and still no word about the voucher that was so heavily advertised… was it false advertising? If not please contact me with the voucher as stipulated or else I will report this to the ASA and take it further.

I received my voucher but not for tge correct amount, promised £130 and they only sent £100 voucher. Emailed them back and their response was to send the same link for £100. Realky not good. I have sent anotger email but no response. Can someone tell me how I get what I was promised?

The vouchers will be issued in the next few days. 

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders for an email from giftcloud.
