Signed up in march 2022, offer was for £80 voucher, received a voucher for £50, have been trying to get it amended but no luck so far.

Like many of the previous customers I was promised an £80 voucher when I signed up in February 2022.. I have waited patiently for the required 30 days and called talk talk when it was due as I hadn't received an email to say i could claim it .  I have been told that there is no record of the voucher.  The email containing the legal jargon and the voucher info has 'disappeared' there is no recording of the phone call in which i repeatedly asked the agent 'I will receive an £80 voucher won't I' and my talk talk email account has been deleted. I am just so fed up - I'm just not getting anywhere. All I want is my voucher !!!

The voucher will be issued in the next few days.

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.
