Hey, I'm Michelle and I wanted to tell you about our community and how it's packed full of useful information, answers and has a horde of active members waiting to help or just to say hey! We know forums can be a little daunting at times, so here are some of my useful tips to help you get the most out of the community:

Want to cancel contract, can't use phone

First Timer

Looks like the only way to do it is via the phone. I can't speak at the moment due to health issues. How can I otherwise cancel?

Online using Live Chat, just type your request.
Make sure you email yourself a copy of the whole transcript once the agent has confirmed the cancellation.
If you are out of contract and just moving to another provider that uses the phone line and not cable, the easiest thing would be to order from the new company and they can take over the service.
