Want to check that we won't be billed

Hi, We ordered talk talk broadband about a month ago, it was due to go live on 2nd July but it has never worked. We have since signed up to another provider as nothing talk talk did could fix the problem however I need to check we 1 . Won't be billed any service. 2. will be refunded any up front charges we paid (not sure if we did or not). 3. won't be billed any cancellation charges (£177 was quoited at some point).
