Website will not let me register my account

In a bid to sort out another problem, I need to register my account so I can access it onlne.

Each time I try and register it, it says my account isnt recognised and sends a fault report but all I get is a text telling me to use the tech chat but I can't get on that either.

Getting frustrated as I've been trying to sort this out for the past week.

 

Any ideas why I won't register me??

Can you retry to register for My Account. I have updated your account on this side to include the missing details, you should be able to complete the registration.

All communication will be on this forum thread, @irene15.

 

Talktalk only uses the mobile number if you need to divert your landline calls during a fault, or texting about faults etc.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I've updated my landline and mobile number. If someone calls me,can they call on the mobile number?

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
