What are breakage fees?

Hello, 

 

I've got a few breakage fees for tv packs and service after a home move, only fibre has been removed. Are these normal as I didn't leave the service?

Entertainment Boost Commitment Breakage Fee £4.11
Kids Boost Commitment Breakage Fee £2.05

Hi Dweller

 

There are no breakage fees on your latest bill you have been pro rata charged for the boosts you used from 10th Jan to 7th Feb, The the standard advance charges. 

 

The speed boost has now been discounted . and a credit raised for this months charge.

 

Your bill will be correct moving forward.

Just received the new bill, for the breakage fees to be refunded

Am I being charged for the fibre speed boost as it's not showing any discounts atm showing charged at £5?

If we can get this all sorted this month please, this hasn't exactly been a smooth switch at all

Once the bill is generated , I can remove them.

Or refunded? Check under "transactions". Ask again to have this taken off, if not already done.....!

This is Really bizzare, it's still got the message saying it will take 24 hours and won't let me add packages. Entertainment package still isn't showing and its been a few days so far.

If you re-add them either via My Account or through the set top box, and I will refund the breakage fees.

Hi,

Yes, the guy on phone said he'd move everything on my package like for like not just the broadband lol that's why I was bit confused when my TV package and packs wasn't showing lol.

Because those boosts where ended before there 30 day commitment yes they are correct, If they had remained on the account after the homemove they would not have been applied. 

 

They haven't been re-added where they supposed to be?
