Ordered fibre broadband on the promise of a £105 voucher after 90 days.
Waited the 90 days checking the countdown on the email li k that was sent, 3,2,1..............oh we need more information????
What for? I have waited 90 days why could you not have sorted this out while I was waiting, very poor service.
Sent the account number as requested, got an email to say it might take 2 weeks to sort out??.
Again what for, surely its a simple check.
Looks like I'm not the only one to be Jersey around. Just keep your promises and send the vouchers when they are due.
Not happy at all.

The vouchers are not supplied by TalkTalk they come from Giftcloud.
DId you go through a comparison website ?
I will contact them and ask them to send it ASAP
