Where is my voucher?

My BB service went  live on 25/08/21.  I have yet to receive my £80 Gift Cloud voucher. Why do you not automatically issue these once the 90 day mark has passed? 

How do I claim my voucher?

Did you sign up through a comparison site?

Staff need you to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details so that they can identify your account, @mcnasty.

 

Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

 

I'll move this to billing for you - it's not a broadband issue.
