@mathewfriar72, there is no sign of a thread started by you for a topic connected to a problem with a voucher.
You were instructed to return to the message board and click on the start a topic button.
Staff will only deal with the issue for the original poster on these help threads to avoid confusion between accounts.
Edit: it looks as though Arne addressed the instructions to the OP instead of to you in his reply, @mathewfriar72, which is precisely the point. Topic threads get confused by people jumping on them to post, rather than starting their own, however similar the issue might appear to be to you.
Simply filling in your profile information was not enough.
@claudio_ugo, are you able to confirm whether the matter is resolved?

No reply I have given details of account etc and yet nothing received totally disgusted with the complete lack of communication and not full filling their commitments.

Staff would not have been able to follow this up till you had posted back that your profile was completed, @claudio_ugo, as they are dealing with the next person in the queue all the time!

Add your landline phone number to your community forum profile details, @claudio_ugo, for staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
Staff will reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
