Why can't I see my bill, I can see previous bills but not the latest. All I get is a blank page with all the headings but no information

Hi,

 

Sounds like this may be a glitch. If this happens again please can you provide a screenshot with all personal information removed. Could you also update your Community Profile to include your name and home telephone number. Please do not post any personal information on the Community.

Hi @Csstman probably a temporary glitch worth trying again. Your post has been flagged for assistance and you should hear soon but please remember that the staff here work office hours. In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline phone number which is used to identify your account.
