Second bill since renewing my contract. Welcome email explains that my total bill each month should be £26.50. This includes fibre 65 and anytime calls. Why have I been charged £28.50?
Also why can I not contact talktalk by phone?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Your bill is fully itemised, just expand it and you'll see where the extra charge has appeared.
