I've just joined talktalk, but can't access my account: I have spent hours on the Chat function, which has ended multiple times being fobbed off by staff.

When I try to register it tells me there is already an account linked to my email address (I did used to be a Talk talk customer a few years back, so assume this is a hangover from then?); but then when I use the Forgot Password button for that email address, it tells me there is no account registered.  And around we go. Again and again.......

Can someone please take ownership of this and sort it out for me?

Hi Wifiproblems 

 

You must register for MyAccount using a new email address not one that's associated with a former MyAccount.
