be vigilant! don't trust "guarantee your price stays the same ..."  "no sneaky mid-contract price rises" or " peace of mind for the length of your contract". means nothing!

Im sorry that you are unhappy with our decision to end the fixed price promise on our contracts, this was not taken lightly as part of our terms and conditions we have to give you 30 days notice and the option to leave with no penalty, however many customers have called or loyalty team and negotiated better deals on 03451720046
