change of ownership

Good Afternoon,

I need to receive the Change of Ownership document. My flatmate that own the account, is leaving UK and I would like to continue to use TalkTalk.

We have already called several times but unfortunately we were unable to receive the document and any support. 

Can you kindly help us?

If your flatmate is the account holder the form will have to be sent to them. Make sure their details - name; address; TalkTalk landline number - are complete in your community profile here.
