hi my bills were always £28 when I started with use now I just got a bill for £39 odds this is way too much and I cannot afford it with everything else going on. Think I need to find a cheaper broadband

@debsmc  has your fixed term contract just expired ?

 

Did you have any boosts at a discount for a certain period that has now expired ?

 

You may also have been subject to the 9.1% price rise (CPI + 3.7%) that was incorporated into contracts last year and applies from April 2022.

 

All your bills are fully itemised so just go back through them and see what has changed.

 

You can moan as much as you like here but staff are not able to offer incentives to stay or process renewals.
