can you tell me what happened to my automatic compensation as i was without full service from 14-11 2019 untill 18-11-2019 and i have just received a full bill

i also had a failed engineer appointment on 16-11-2019 

when the engineer did finally arrive on 18-11-2019 it transposed that my internet had been disconnected from one of the local exchange boxes and no matter how many times i went through the endless chats with the online team it would not have resolved this matter rehardless of the people i dealt with

It’s probably too early, you should allow up to 30 days from the resolution of the fault as set out in the guidance here.
