money was taken out of my bank account today. There was no bill sent by email. I cant get in touch with anyone, just says agent will be with you shortly. been waiting an hour. cancelled direct debit now sou wont be getting money via this way now unless they get hold of me. All my bills are fully paid up

Your TalkTalk bill notification was issued on the 11th and the payment is due today (18th).
Cancelling the direct debit can lead to problems, such as admin fee for missed payments, you account still shows the direct debit as still active.

Add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account to check what is going on, @junesphone.
