I have recently changed my contract .the deal I took came with a free amazon dot mk4and a smart plug. I have not received either item why is this

Did you get a confirmation email ? 

 

The renewal I can see, doesn't make any mention of the Amazon tech offer.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.
