Hi - I have recently had my final bill. When I spoke with someone at customer services when we were thinking of leaving, I was advised that after the termination date, to keep an eye on my emails for a message with a label attached to send back the router. Our contract terminated on the 15th November and I still have not received a message/letter with instructions how to send back the talktalk router. I was also advised that if equipment was not returned within so many days I would be charged £50. Please advise what my next steps are.

If your service finished on 15 November it is unlikely that you have had your final bill. The support team can arrange for a returns bag to be sent to you. Wait for them to respond here.
