If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Staff can't identify your account without your community forum profile details being completed, @leewalker.
You need to add your Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
Then staff will be able to chase this up for you. Your thread is in the queue for attention.
If it's not reached today, it will be next week, Monday to Friday.
Moving this to Billing for you.
