hello i am looking for help when my contract ends 20/01/2020, but i tried discussing various options down the telephone, but i am a autism sufferer, and have hearing disability, but i had problems because this person was speaking from india i think, and is english was poor, could someone, email, or someone from england, who as english as first language contact me to discuss new options thaks andrew

The best thing would be to use the CHAT facility and keep a copy of it as it is all then in writing.
You can then get the OCE to check that it has been set up correctly for you.
The contract can't be set up directly through the forum.
