my new plan

Hi

When i took out a new plan recently - I clicked a link in an e-mail sent to myself from talktallk & it took me to a page which said Thanks for choosing a new plan What happens next - confirm that you'd like to take out 24month fibre 35 and line rental for £23.50 a month plus Free talktalk tv for 24 months ( £4.00 a month thereafter) etc.  Bottom of e-mail click here to order which i did.

I've today received my bill & plan which now says fibre 35 for 24 months & Free tv for 18 months & £4.00 a month thereafter. Why is this different to what i signed up for. Please advise.

Thanks for your help- the small print on the page that you click to order your new plan says FREE TV for 24months (£4.00 a month thereafter)

Update: 3.07 pm Now all sorted.

If you can, @moxy51, check the small print in the offer email. 

 

Often discounted extras are for just 18 months, despite the main Broadband deal being for 24.

 

I'll move this to the billing section for staff to follow up.
