over charged in billing

i'm on a fixed price of£26 a month by direct debit but amount taken is between £29 an £31 a month instead  can you check my account to find out why this is happening  an i how do i get  these over payment refunded  a/c  Removed for SECURITY reasons

You should find further breakdown of details in My Account, as Martswain says, @DarkAngel.

Just log in to your online account, view and expand your bill and you will see all the individual charges as the bill is fully itemised.
