last year i missed the price increase notification and as a result my charges increased.

As new increases a scheduled for this year, when are the new notifications regarding increases to be sent out as i dont want to miss them this time around

You will be able to work it out for yourself. Check out the CPI figure for January when released on 10 February. Add on 3.7%. That is how much the price of your broadband package will increase from your April bill.

As these price increases are now built into the pricing structure, @irene56billy, I don't expect to see a 30 day grace period this time to leave or renegotiate. 

It's only when these things come out of the blue that that kicks in too.

Yes, we'll get notification of exactly what CPI + 3.7% is going to come to.

Unlikely to be able to do anything about it though.
