I've been trying to log into my account; however, when I try to use the original password that I set during my registration, it doesn't allow me to log in.
I've also tried the "one-time link" but didn't work either.
I've tried to reset my password using both authentication methods (SMS, email) but when I set the new password, I get the next error message "something went wrong".
I got in touch with someone in the live chat and they suggested to clean my cache or use different browsers (which I've already tried unsuccessfully - even different computers/phones).
They told me that I had to register my account (which I had already done anyway). When I try to do this, I get a message saying that there's already a primary email linked to this account - which I assume it means that I'm already registered.
Please, could someone help me with this? I can't access my account and I need to check my bills!

Sorry that you have had problems.
I have cleared the email addresses in the backend system, Can you retry to register for My Account using the email address that you want.
