i was looking to see if you can arrange to have my £50 failure to return the equipment charge refunded either on to my balance or into my bank.
i had spoken to someone on chat and they agreed to refund the £50 as soon as the equipment was returned. i had to wait on the returns packaging coming.
i can confirm from the tracking number that the router was successfully delivered on 07/07
