I received an email on 1 September 2021 about renewing my contract which expires on 4 October I clicked the renew button I waited 10 days but have had no reply so I clicked it again & still nothing happened cant get through on the phone or chatline to ask what is going on do TalkTalk not want my custom getting quite annoyed.

Chat can't set up the deal for you, but they can check what has happened. 

 

You should also be able to see whether your new contract went through in My Account. It should show the new contract end date if you renewed successfully.

Renewals need to be made either online or via the phone.

 

When making changes to your account, make sure ad and banner blockers are off and pop-ups allowed.

 

You can call 0345 172 0046 and ask for the loyalty team.
