still no voucher

still not recieved my voucher for my ring camera , everytime i contact talktalk they say they will raise an escalation , this has happend 8 times now, because they promiced me a free camera for renewing my contract  i decided to start a new contract , but they are breaking the agreement because they have not gave me the free gift, come on talktalk sort your act out .treating cutomers this way DISTGUSTING

sorted now , was useing code without the link , when i found te link code worked
