talktalk contract cancelled??

Hi

been with talk talk for almost 18 months. Decided to continue on a 24 month due to being offered amazon tech. 

 

Clicked to renew went through but an hour later receive an email saying "We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel your recent TalkTalk order "

 

So does anyone know why? Is this the 18month (old) contract and my new one will kick in? Or is my new 24month contract being cancelled before its begun??

 

Also, how do i get my tech code?

Check first what is showing in My Account. Then:

 

Give loyalty a call: 03451 720046 (Monday to Saturday from 9am).
