@c0kecan, please stop posting on other customers' threads. Staff will deal only with the original poster on each thread as the response needs to address the problem for each account.
I replied to you on Monday when you you first did this. You would have had a reply by now if you had followed instructions then.
Please go via "help with your service" (listed in the yellow browse button menu) to Billing. Click on start a topic.
It will probably now be next week before you get a reply.
