I have recently signed up to talktalk as a new customer, through the topcashback website. I went for the broadband fibre 65 + Tv package which was offering £100 cashback on signing up as a new customer. So of course that was the package I went for, 1 week later nothing pending on my topcashback account so i wait another week then raise an enquiry to which has now been declined by Talktalk!! Please please please can someone explain why this has happened, It's massively deceiving to fish hook new customers in and then not reward them with the bait.

Thanks for the response, yes I went through the correct process, Top cashback even said the cash back had been applied after signing up for the broadband.
I have also contacted Topcashback who have raised an enquiry but it was denied by talktalk, but no reason was stated!!

If you go to your TCB account > Earnings > Navigation > Clicks to Merchants
does it show you visited the TalkTalk site on the day you signed up ?
Did you get the pop-up confirming you visited the TT site when you clicked through to the offer ?
Have you contacted TCB to ask the reason for the claim being denied ?
