upgrading to fibre 65

hi ive clicked on upgrade to fibre 65 in my account but it has added talktalk tv £4 and entertainment £14 to my basket these are from my old contract which ended in 2017 it will not let me remove them it will only let me remove calls can someone remove them for me please

Then contact the loyalty team as I mentioned, they can place your order for you just as you like.

no i didnt order because it wont let me remove talktalk tv and entertainment it says on the order page i already have tv and entertainment and theres no option to remove them can only remove uk landline

Have you actually ordered online? Bear in mind that if you remove the Entertainment Boost there will be no opportunity to restore it. Either way, contact the customer loyalty team on 0345 172 0046 and they can remove the unwanted items if you have already ordered, or place the order for you as you choose.
