2nd Wifi Extender Kit query

Hi All,

I have received my 2nd wifi extender kit yesterday and I try to pair it with my existing wifi extender kit already working in my home since last year. Only one power light is solid green and no other lights appearing on the extender kit with arms. 

Can any one help my how to pair my new extender kit with the old one.

please can you ensure that your community profile includes your landline number so we can tie up your screen name to your account. (click on your avatar to view the information > Settings > Launch Profile Wizard,put your phone number in box, then scroll to the bottom of page and click save)

Yes I have already check with the extender guide and do as it told couple of times but it is not working. Should I pair the new kit separately and left the old kit as it is working?

That is what I would do, keep them separate.
