We now have a 4th visit from an engineer, everytime they come out and say nothing is wrong, yet again, yet everytime we run the test, an engineer is booked, running out of days off to fix the issue that you are causing, have 2 lines and the other line is fine, not had an issue, so either you need to run a new line, actually fix the issue, or cancel both our lines and both full packages as your not meeting your end of the service
