500, 503 and permission erros after moving house

I have just finished moving house today, and had my internet moved over yesterday.

After finally plugging it in, i am now experiencing multiple errors while trying to connect to the internet by sending me to a page with either a 503 error, 500 error or it tells me i dont have permission to access the page

 

When i enter my my details, it connects me, but then asks my on my phone to 'sign in to a wifi network'. I have since then, done a factory reset, changed both my SSID and Password, tried multiple phones, removed all my port forwarding settings, tried 2.4hz and 5hz separately, and my light is a solid white but still nothing.

 

Help me please
